This guide will help you resolve issues with your payment method and retry a failed subscription.
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Panel
Navigate to the admin login page and enter your credentials.
Step 2: Check for Payment Issue Notification
Once logged in, look for a notice message on the dashboard advising that there is an issue with your payment method.
Click on the provided 'click here' link in the notification
Step 3: Add a New Payment Method
After clicking, you will be directed to the payment methods page.
Click on the 'Add' Button to add a new payment method
Step 4: Complete the Payment Method Form
Fill out the form with your payment details.
Ensure you select the option for 'Default Payment Method' to set it as the primary method
Complete all required fields.
Solve the CAPTCHA to verify your submission
Click 'Save Changes' to save the new payment method.
Step 5: Retry the Failed Subscription
After saving, scroll down the page to locate the Subscriptions.
Click on the 'Retry' button to attempt the payment again.
