Website Traffic
Your dashboard displays total website traffic, including both bot and actual traffic. This is measured by unique IP addresses visiting your site. By clicking "View More," you can get a detailed breakdown of:
- Traffic Sources: Where your traffic is coming from.
- IP Addresses: The specific IP addresses visiting your site.
- Browser Information: The browsers and versions being used.
- Platforms: Whether visitors are using Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, etc.
- Visited Pages: The pages being visited on your website.
- Known Customers: If a visitor is a known customer, their email address will be displayed. You can search for specific email addresses or IP addresses to see what those customers are viewing on your site.
Leads Generated
Leads can come from various sources such as contact forms or service leads. This section will display:
- Total Leads: A count of all leads generated.
- Detailed View: Click "View More" to see detailed information about each lead.
Orders and Sales
- Total Orders: Displays the total number of orders placed.
- Total Sales: Shows the total sales amount from successful and approved orders.
- View More: Clicking this will take you to the order detail screen.
- Time Filters: You can filter this information by different time periods (last 30 days, this month, last 12 months).
Repeat vs. Returning Visitors
This section gives you insights into how many visitors are new versus returning. This data is filterable by time periods to help you understand trends in visitor behavior.
Date and Language Settings
- Current Date: Displays the current date.
- Language Selection: You can change the language of your website by selecting from the available options, which will update the site language accordingly
Bell Icon
The bell icon provides a history of activities on your site, such as:
- Shopping Cart Activity: If a customer adds items to the cart or places an order.
- Site Visits: If a customer visits your site.
You can click on a customer's profile from here to reach out, especially useful if they abandoned their shopping cart.
Profile and Quick Links
- Profile Picture: You can log in and create a profile picture.
- Quick Links: Add frequently used links (e.g., orders) to your profile for quick access.
Logout
You can log out of the admin panel from here, which is a good practice if stepping away from your computer.
Sales Analytics
This section provides an overview of:
- Total Customers
- Total Orders
- Total Revenue
- Declined Orders: See if there were any declined orders and follow up with customers if necessary.
You can view this data sorted by various time periods (last 12 months, last 30 days, etc.).
Latest Orders
- Recent Orders: Displays the latest five orders placed on your website for quick reference.
- Order Details: Click the action button to go directly to the order detail page from the dashboard.
